libcpptest0 software package provides unit testing framework for C++, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcpptest0
libcpptest0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcpptest0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcpptest0 *
You will get with libcpptest0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
